The Creek Community
Church is committed to providing a place for people of all backgrounds to
explore their spiritual thirst. We are a comfortable, casual Christian church,
where you will experience kindness, truth and grace for your thirsty heart.
The Creek is not “church” the way our society defines it. The Creek is a family.
A family with members of all ages. A family whose members are students and
computer programmers, retail clerks, parents and construction workers. A family
with members who ski and who do cross stitch, who play in rock bands and who
read mystery novels. A family with members who have an intimate relationship
with God, others who desire to know Him better and still others who are just
crossing the threshold of what it means to have faith in Jesus. Church is
something we all need in our lives, because in the true sense of the word it
means communion with God and with one another.
Together, we’re striving to become the kind of church described in the Bible—a
church with relevant teaching, heart-felt worship, honest friendships, constant
prayer, and compassionate care for those in need. In short, we’d like to have
the kind of contagious Christianity that can influence and encourage the entire
community, one life at a time.
