Service Q&A Test

Services

  • When is the Night of Prayer?
    • Our Night of Prayer will be Sunday, July 19th at 6:00pm.
  • Where will the services be held?
    • Services will be held at each campus in the auditorium.
  • Will the Night of Prayer service be available online?
    • Our Night of Prayer will be live-streamed at 6:00pm on our website. Our regular service broadcast times for July 19th will be 8:00am, 9:30am, 11:00am, 1:00pm, 9:00pm, and 11:00pm.
  • Do I have to wear a mask?
    • All of our teams, with the exception of those on stage, will be wearing masks. We invite and encourage you to do the same.
  • Will masks be provided?
    • We will have stations set up near our entrances if you would like a mask and forgot to bring one.
  • Which areas of the building are available?
    • The auditorium and restrooms will be available. During this time, our cafe and bookstore will be closed, and our Next Steps area directed you to to help you take your next step of faith will be moved online. We also ask that everyone attending the Night of Prayer refrain from congregating in the lobby before or after the service and refrain from handshaking, handholding, or hugging. Volunteers will be available to direct you to your seat and when exiting the building.

Childcare

  • Will childcare be available?
    • Childcare will be available for children birth - 4th grade at our London campus, and birth - 5th grade at our Somerset and Williamsburg campuses.
  • What does the check-in process look like?
    • When you arrive, our volunteers will be holding signs to help you locate the kids parking and check-in area. At check-in, your child's security tag will already be printed. This will remove the risk from sharing touch screens when checking in. We also encourage you to send only one parent into KidsCreek for drop-off and pick-up to help limit traffic in the hallways.
  • Is my child required to wear a mask?
    • Wearing a mask is optional for your child, but our volunteers will be wearing masks and we invite your family to do the same. Stations will be set up where you can check your child's temperature and get a mask if you forgot to bring one.
  • What steps are you taking to ensure the safety of my child?
    • All of our kids volunteers will be wearing masks and washing their hands often. We are sanitizing surfaces and toys frequently and hand sanitizer will be available in each classroom. Adjustments have also been made in our curriculum to minimize touching and passing around shared items.

Entrances and Parking

  • Where should I enter the building?
    • Volunteers will be stationed in the parking lot to direct you to where you need to park and enter the building.
  • What can I expect when I enter the building?
    • Entry doors will be open and ready for you and we will have stations near our entrances where you can check your temperature and find hand sanitizer and masks. There will be markers throughout all of our locations to help you keep 6ft of social distancing in mind.

Seating During the Service

  • Will there be social distancing guidelines implemented in the service seating?
    • When you walk in, our ushers will take you and your group to your seats. We’ve rearranged our seating to a third of its regular capacity. Our rows and seating arrangement are spaced to ensure that we adhere to the current social distancing guidelines.
